I had placed an order for 2 packs of Gatorade for my daughter’s cheer team. And I added Alani to make sure I met the minimum delivery order to get free delivery. I paid extra for rush delivery to get the order within 3 hours because I was on a time crunch and didn’t have time to go the store. And I tipped the driver in advance. I was at a football game my daughter was cheering at and I received a text my items were delivered. Great! I messaged my neighbor to bring them inside for me since I would be gone for a few hours. She said sure and texted me that she put the cheese in the fridge. I didn’t even order cheese. When I looked at my delivery, none of my items were delivered. The picture the driver took wasn’t even my order. I tried for over 10 minutes to contact my local Sam’s Club and someone finally answered. Only to find out they can’t do anything. Nor did they even attempt. She said I have to call some customer service number. And she said I could reorder everything but I couldn’t get them tonight as the store was closing in 5 minutes and that I probably couldn’t get in the morning because there was no early Available times. Overall my experience was great. I got everything I needed in bulk if you want to beat traffic and avoid huge crowd try to come in a little early because the parking lot be full besides that I highly recommend to shop there if you tired of shopping every 2 weeks.

I would give Sam's Club 0 Stars for customer service on the Serta Couch we tried to order. Delivery was set for June 4th and the June 11th and then June 16th and now June 23. We decided to cancel the couch after so many delays on delivery, which was unfortunate because we did want it. We lost rental income because of the delays and every time I called customer service I was disconnected. In my opinion, Sam's club has NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. I called today to file a formal complaint and was escalated to the supervisor or the manager I spoke to and guess what- yep- disconnect again! Wow, what has happened to customer service in this country. Needless to say, we will be looking to Costco more in the future! (This review isn't for this store location but the online department and business as a whole, so disappointed.)

We love this Sam's Club. The staff is always bringing me their best to every situation, have great attitudes, and treat the customers as human beings while also making it clear that they are glad the customer is there. This has happened in the tire service, vision, customer service, checkout, from floating stocking staff, from sample givers, from gas station staff. It's just awesome. I would recommend this store as a prime example of what Sam's Club can be, and it makes me want to renew just to see how much better and enjoyable it gets.

I have worked for Walmart, whom share very similar values and goals. The clothing is always kind of all over the place. So I verified with an employee of the department. She informed and verified that all items on table that are 2 piece members market are $4.91. We looked at ALL 4 tags displayed on the table. I let an employee know that I will be taking a picture and showing front end, just in case. However she reassured me they were, $4.91. However, they scanned $10.98. I asked Ms. Terri for a manager. The,Team Lead, Michelle, approached and stated we had this problem the other day. She went back and changed the sign on the right of the table (like I was stupid/did not verify with another employee). LOL instead of correcting her and her employees mistakes. So much for customer service and integrity. If this was a previous issue it should have been corrected. Clearly, I had the same experience as a similar customer.
